I'm a first-time user and love the concept of rescuing end-of-line garments. My jeans were sent out super fast and I was so happy with them, but sadly they had a fault (which Secret Label could not have foreseen when sent). My issue was dealt with very swiftly via the contact form, and resolved on the same day. Staff are friendly, the clothes are fab and brilliantly priced, and the website easy to navigate. What's not to love??

I loved it in hand but the sizeing was really odd. As a size 10 it was generally large and in particular the shoulders were much too wide.I'm pretty handy with a needle and was able to alter it.
